The Jet Lag Tool

Whether travelling for business, or for a holiday, you want to arrive fresh and alert; not tired, irritable, and unable to sleep at the right times… particularly when you have important meetings to attend, or precious holiday time to enjoy.

The Jet Lag Tool could help.

Taught over one evening, you learn:

  • tweaks to your meditation technique (to be practiced in the plane) that help mitigate against harms like overexposure to inflight radiation, susceptibility to coughs, colds, and allergens, and lack of sleep and rest;
  • a sequence of very gentle yoga postures, to be practiced before and after the flight, to stimulate circulation and help the body to recover quickly;
  • a series of dietary and lifestyle tips, for before, during, and after the flight, that lessen the impacts of jet lag.

The Study Tool

Stress is one of the biggest impediments to thinking clearly on your feet, and performing well in an exam or work presentation.

In The Study Tool, Neomal teaches techniques that he has used when giving speeches and presentations, and that he used when he studied at some of the world’s top institutions (Oxford, UCL, UNSW).

The Study Tool is taught over two evenings. You learn:

  • a special combination of advanced breathing techniques and gentle yoga postures that calms body and mind, and allows you to think more clearly, free from worry and anxiety;
  • a technique – especially useful when you have to present in front of an audience or a panel of examiners – for focusing the mind, so that you feel the present moment, and calmly interact with the demands in front of you;
  • a series of recommendations about good sleep, exercise, and study practices to help you in the lead up to exams and important presentations.

Exploring the Veda

Exploring the Veda is an advanced course in Vedic knowledge. It is the work of world-renowned meditation expert Thom Knoles. Taught during six long weekend instalments, it takes knowledge and insights from ancient India – known as Ayurveda –  and shows how they can make modern life easier and more enjoyable.
